Hope everyone is having a relaxing long Easter weekend. Just a quick update of meat schedules and the latest listings for this week. Will be back with full report next week. Beef schedules have all eased around 10 - 20 cents with NI lamb steady at $7.10 and SI lamb steady at $7.05.
