Another week of beef schedules easing back 5 -10 cents. NI lamb is down to $8.40, with SI lamb down to $8.10. On the dairy front, grass growing conditions are great for most areas, with most dairy farms now hitting peak milk production around 2 weeks ahead this season. The GDT auction was down 1.9% overall, with butter down 5.9%. Taranaki had two inmilk herd sales this week, with cows overall selling well, and sale averages of $2,175 & $2,212. Ewes with LAF are trading around $100 - $130, depending on quality and age of lambs.
