Beef schedules overall have eased 5 - 10 cents this week. NI lamb is back to $7.75, with SI lamb back to $7.55 this week. On the dairy front, service bulls are nearing the end of there job, and we have buyers looking for these bulls to farm for next season. List your bulls on MLR, its quick and easy, and you can do it from the paddock. On the beef & sheep front, Freisian wnr bulls are holding up well at present, with most 100kg bulls trading around $470 - $500, and 110kg + around $520 - $530. Friesian 1yr bulls are trading around $2.80 - $290kgLW, however this market is showing signs of easing over the coming weeks. 1yr beef steers are fetching around $3.50 - $3.70kgLW, with heifers around $3 - $3.30kgLW. Store lamb markets remain firm, with most trading around $3.60 - $3.80kgLW. Breeding ewes are starting to hit the market, with top four tooth ewes fetching $200 - $230, and 5yr Romney ewes trading around $150 - $180.
