MARKET ROUND UP FROM THE FIELD...
The East Coast still remains dry with the West Coast and Central NZ having plenty of rain this week along with some cooler temputures as well. Schedules remain steady again this week with only Lamb up to $5.20.
DAIRY SECTOR
Only a week till the big move for many dairy farmers. If you are still looking for top ups of heifers or cows then we still have a few listings for sale so check them out. Winter cow grazing looks set to back around 25% this season as most have reduced cow numbers or holding herds on there dairy platforms to reduce costs.

BEEF & SHEEP SECTOR
Store cattle prices remain steady this week. Store lambs are fetching around $2.20 - $2.40kgLW. The Beef Expo this week saw prices well back on last year with most bulls down up to 50% on last years sale. The top priced Hereford bull sold at $20,000 with the top Angus price $16,000 and top Simmental price at $14,000.
